General Terms of Sale (CGV)

Last updated: July 5, 2026

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of digital access ("Unlocks") to event information published on the Sunny Day platform ("Service"), operated by the Publisher identified in the Legal Notice.

2. The Service

The Service is a video discovery feed. Users may browse event videos for free. To access full event information (address, lineup, ticket link), the User must purchase an Unlock (€9.99 including VAT) or complete the free share challenge (20 unique shares).

3. Price and Payment

The price of an Unlock is €9.99, VAT included, per event. Payment is made online, in a single instalment, by bank card via our payment provider Stripe. The order is confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Delivery

The Unlock is delivered instantly and electronically upon confirmation of payment. The User obtains immediate access to the full event information from within the Service.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 1° of the French Consumer Code, the User expressly acknowledges and accepts that access to digital content is provided immediately upon payment, and therefore waives the 14-day right of withdrawal for Unlocks that have already been delivered.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

7. User Obligations

The User agrees not to reproduce, redistribute, or resell the content unlocked through the Service. Access is strictly personal.

8. Liability

The Publisher acts as a discovery platform. It is not the organizer of the events displayed and cannot be held responsible for the cancellation, modification, or cancellation of any event. External ticket links redirect to third-party sites governed by their own terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Service (brand, logo, interface, code) are the exclusive property of the Publisher. Video content remains the property of its respective authors and is displayed via official embeds.

10. Personal Data

See our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the absence of amicable resolution, any dispute shall be brought before the competent French courts. Consumers may also refer to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
