Refund Policy

Because an Unlock delivers digital content immediately upon payment, the legal 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once you have accessed the content (Article L.221-28 1° of the French Consumer Code).

Refunds we grant

  • Technical error preventing you from accessing the unlocked content.
  • Duplicate charge.
  • Unauthorized payment (subject to verification).

How to request a refund

Email refunds@sunnyday.app within 14 days of purchase with your Stripe receipt. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.
